How I handle your details.

Plain version, no legal padding.

What I collect

If you ask me for the free response-time test, I collect your name, your business website, your mobile and your email. I also record the date and time you asked, your IP address, and the exact consent wording that was on screen when you agreed. That last part exists so I can show, if anyone ever asks, that you asked me to run the test rather than me deciding to.

If you just call or email me, I've got whatever you told me and nothing else.

Why I collect it

To run the test you asked for, to send you the result, and to talk to you about it afterwards. That's the lot. I don't sell it, rent it, or add you to anything you didn't ask for.

What the test actually involves

One enquiry, submitted through your own website, once. Never through hipages or any other lead platform, because those cost you money per lead and it would be rude. I record how long you took to respond and how you handled it. I don't record phone calls.

Who else sees it

The tools I run the business on, and nobody else:

  • GoHighLevel (LeadConnector), the system that sends and tracks the messages
  • Google, for email and for the spreadsheet the consent record sits in
  • Instantly, for outbound email, if that's how we first made contact

Each of those is a company in its own right with its own privacy terms. I've picked them because I use them, not because they pay me.

How long I keep it

The consent record I keep, because it's the evidence that the test was requested. Everything else I'll delete on request.

Getting deleted

Email or call me and say so. No form to fill in, no reason needed. I'll action it within a few days and tell you when it's done.

A note on the law

TidyBizAI Pty Ltd is a small business and, on turnover, most likely sits under the threshold where the Australian Privacy Principles apply. So rather than claim compliance with a scheme I'm probably not covered by, this page just describes what actually happens with your details. If that changes, this page changes.
